Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and track business opportunities through platforms such as GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesame, and others
- Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner
- Conduct proactive inside sales follow-ups and effectively communicate product solutions and services to meet customer needs
- Assist customers with sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in
- Manage and follow up on enquiries to successfully close orders
- Collaborate closely with Sales Personnel and Account Managers, providing updates on quotes and opportunities as needed
- Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventory for customers
- Prepare new product quotations and arrange dispatch of product samples
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations, price comparisons, and delivery negotiations
- Support tender preparation and submission processes
- Arrange and schedule customer visits for the external sales team
- Handle other ad-hoc sales and administrative tasks as required
