About the Role
We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Manager with proven Singapore market experience to lead our growth initiatives. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for engaging diverse clients and stakeholders across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Singapore.
Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team; monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
Identify new market opportunities and drive client acquisition.
- Client Relationship Management
Build strategic partnerships with key clients and negotiate high-value contracts.
Address client needs in both English and Mandarin (e.g., proposals, presentations).
- Market Intelligence
Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes.
Provide insights to refine product/service positioning.
- Operational Excellence
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Prepare monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years in sales roles, with 2+ years in Singapore-focused positions .
Track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B/B2C environments (specify industry if preferred).
Deep understanding of Singapore business culture and buyer behavior.
- Language Proficiency
Mandatory: Expert fluency in English and Mandarin (negotiation-level spoken/written).
- Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong Plus: Degrees from NUS, NTU, or equivalent top-tier institutions .
- Additional Assets
Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
