Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for BYD’s range of electric vehicles in the Singapore market.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets and grow market share.
- Generate leads via networking, events, and direct outreach.
2. Client Engagement:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations for potential customers and business partners.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions highlighting BYD’s innovative EV features.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Monitor EV industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Share insights with management to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Resolve inquiries promptly and follow up to encourage repeat business.
5. Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of automotive sales experience (EV experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s automotive market and EV trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
