Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through multiple prospecting channels.
- Handle catering enquiries via phone and online platforms.
- Support clients in selecting menus and preparing proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance catering services.
- Manage sales performance and profitability of event orders, ensuring seamless execution. Collaborate with internal food production and logistics teams for smooth event delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel and F&B Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
- Strong passion for customer service and sales. Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
Salary: Up to $3,500.
Working location: West.
