Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce sales channel, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Manage and drive activities on popular eCommerce platforms such as Lazada/RedMart, Shopee, FairPrice Marketplace, Amazon, Pandamart, GrabMart, etc...
- Monitor and analyse platform’s sales performance to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability for order fulfilment, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify customer needs, preferences, and new opportunities.
- Update and maintain the company website and social media.
- Analyze and prepare sales data and statistics for internal and external business review. (regular business reviews with key customers)
- Build and maintain good relationships and communication with internal and external customers.
- Perform any tasks and projects which may be assigned by the GM from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of related sales experience
- Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Self-driven and a team player who enjoys a teamwork environment and can communicate with individuals at all levels/positions
- Ability to manage the mix of several brands, product categories from premium to mainstream across various sales channel
- A well-developed analytical (strong in figures, margins, calculation) conceptual and synthetic mindset
- Must be hands-on and flexible
- Able to work independent, self-motivated and determined to succeed in a challenging environment
- Good communication skills
- Possess own vehicle
