• Sales of products and services to existing and prospective clients
• Provide and formulate sales and marketing training to customer service representatives
• Providing of hair and scalp teament procedures to customers
• Gather customer feedback on service quality standards
• Administration and documentation of customer data and servicing records
• Acheiving sales/revenue targets set by the Director
• Provide sales and marketing training to affiliates from other branches and franchises
• Preferably with Sales, management & Digital Marketing experience.
• Effective written and verbal comunications skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Competency in Microsoft applications
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Provide strategy on delivering marketing content to targeted audiences on Social/Digital Media platforms such as Google, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Create and design promotional materials including posters, brochures and other advertising materials
• Able to work effectively in a retail setting/environment
