[Catering / Corporate Meal Services|Client-Facing Role]
Work Requirements
- Primarily remote work combined with client visits; occasional store visits to understand products and operations Flexible scheduling, with a results- and performance-driven approach
Working Hours
- 5 days per week, minimum of 5 hours per day Flexible hours (e.g., prospecting in the morning, client meetings or attending events in the afternoon/evening)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop corporate accounts, event organizers, government agencies, schools, and other catering and group meal clients
- Maintain long-term client relationships and follow up on repeat orders and seasonal/event-based large orders
- Design customized solutions using the company’s multi-brand product offerings
- Coordinate client needs with operations to ensure successful meal production, delivery, and after-sales service
- Set sales targets and execution plans; motivate the team to achieve results
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to provide suggestions for improvement and promotions
Job Requirements
- Experience in F&B catering, corporate meals, or event-related food sales (priority given to candidates with existing client networks)
- Familiar with food product offerings and pricing processes; able to independently prepare proposals and negotiate deals
- Strong in client relationship management and business communication
- Goal-oriented, able to perform under sales pressure and meet targets
- Team management experience is a plus
Compensation
Probation period (3–6 months, part-time) : SGD 1,600/month
Commission-based incentives : Tiered structure
Promotion benefits : Profit-sharing mechanism upon advancement (specific terms negotiable)
High performers may be promoted to Sales Manager or Marketing Director
