Qualifications & experience
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in business administration / logistics or related field
- 1-2 of experience in sales support/ logistics / warehouse operation
- Meticulous and pay attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support day to day sales and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and industry standards for warehousing, material handling, shipping and safety
- Monitor standard operating procedures and protocols
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper workflow and drive process improvement
- Ensure inventory accuracy through physical counts and reconciling with ERP system
