Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Experience Cloud to design, develop, and implement engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional and visually compelling community solutions. Your deep understanding of Salesforce development, web technologies, and UX principles will be crucial in delivering exceptional online experiences for our customers, partners, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development : Build, customize, and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites to meet specific business needs and user requirements.
- UI/UX Customization: Implement branding, styling, and user interface enhancements using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for seamless and consistent digital experiences.
- Custom Components: Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Aura components, and Apex code to extend Experience Cloud functionality.
- Configuration: Configure and manage Experience Cloud features, including topics, knowledge base, case management, and collaboration tools.
- Integration & Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with Salesforce Service Cloud and other platforms.
- Best Practices: Apply Salesforce to the best practices, coding standards, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
- Strong front-end customization skills using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with Lightning Experience, App Builder, and Experience Builder.
- Proven ability to develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex.
- 5 years of experience with Service Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user experience.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II).
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools.
- Exposure to third-party integrations and APIs within Salesforce.
