Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive support for the director, covering all secretarial tasks.
- Coordinate the directors calendar, including organizing travel (flights, transport, accommodation).
- Manage the directors email communications.
- Plan and arrange business meetings.
- Oversee the directors expense reports and reimbursements.
- Relay the director's instructions and work arrangements to company employees to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a secretary role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
- Capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Resourceful and dependable.
- Multi-tasking abilities with a sense of urgency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
