Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with enterprise-wide teams to support installation, configuration, and administration of security solutions throughout their lifecycle — including upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments.
Perform real-time monitoring and analysis of security logs to detect anomalies and escalate potential security incidents.
Provide operational support for Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS).
Evaluate and recommend signature updates and changes , ensuring effective threat detection and mitigation.
Conduct digital forensics investigations while adhering to evidence handling procedures and chain of custody protocols.
Deliver professional consultation and reporting to clients, including documentation of findings and recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current cybersecurity technologies, tactics, and threat landscapes .
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and client engagement skills .

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an IT security-related discipline.
Understanding of network architecture, protocols , and system security configurations.
Strong knowledge of information security principles , including threat detection, mitigation, and response.
Familiarity with security platforms such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and forensic tools.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical content effectively to both technical and business audiences.
