Responsibilities:
-Reports to Senior Accounts Manager and in a team of accounts staff
-Handle full set of accounts which include GL, AP & AR, including maintaining fixed assets register
-Work with cross-functional teams to come up with, build, and launch products that are aligned with the companys vision and mission
-Perform monthly closing activities for FI and CO , prepare monthly management reports
-Coordinate annual physical stock take and prepare reconciliation
-Monitor and plan for day-to-day operating cashflow
-Process suppliers invoice and staff claim
-Prepare DIVA reporting pack for HQ consolidation requirement on quarterly basis
-Prepare and submit GST to the government authorities
-Prepare audit schedules and liaise with tax agent for annual tax filing
-Any other duties as assigned by supervisors and filing with government agencies
Requirements:
-Diploma, Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or pursuing ACCA
-Min 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in accounting field from manufacturing industry preferred
-Experience worked at Jurong Island before a plus point
-Proficient with MS Office, experience with SAP, esp HANA system will be an advantage.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, with eyes for details
-Able to meet tight reporting deadlines
-Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
