Job Responsibilities
Transaction Support & Structuring
- Assist in the structuring of bespoke credit solutions by preparing financial models, cash flow analyses, and scenario stress tests.
- Support internal coordination with Credit Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams during transaction development.
- Contribute to the preparation of transaction documentation including term sheets and presentations.
Client & Investor Engagement
- Help maintain relationships with corporates, financial sponsors, asset managers, and institutional investors.
- Conduct market research and prepare strategic insights and commentary for client discussions.
- Assist in the development of client proposals and pitch materials.
Risk & Portfolio Monitoring
- Monitor performance of structured transactions and track credit risk indicators, counterparty exposure, and market developments.
- Support reporting and analysis for ongoing portfolio management and risk oversight.
Strategic & Regulatory Initiatives
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and assist in applying relevant changes to structured credit products.
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving product frameworks and business efficiency.
Collaboration & Team Support
- Work collaboratively with teams across APAC and East Asia on risk analysis and new business development.
- Participate in post-deal reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, preferably in structured credit, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong interest in credit markets and financial analysis, with a solid understanding of investment principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with cash flow modeling is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
