Get to Know the Role
As a Senior Product Analytics Manager, you will report into the Head of Analytics - CX, Growth and Market Insights and work onsite at Grab One North Singapore office. You will lead a team that maximises the use of data to optimize user satisfaction and business outcomes. Your expertise in analytics, data science, and communication will ensure that stakeholders can translate the insights you generate into purposeful decisions for building products that matter.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform
You will:
- Oversee and mentor a team of product analysts to drive impactful contributions to product insights and strategies.
- Formulate data analytics strategies that align with the product roadmap and business objectives.
- Perform analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, or inefficiencies in product performance.
- Drive actionable product decisions by creating data-driven recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical models and dashboards to support ongoing product reporting and insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate data findings into product development.
- Present analyses, findings, and recommendations clearly to varying audiences (technical and non-technical).
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You will Need
- You have at least 8 years of experience in product analytics within the internet or e-commerce industry.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python to perform data extraction, analysis, and automation of tasks.
- An understanding of A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses through systematic experimental designs.
- Expertise in creating and optimising data models to enhance reporting functionalities and ensure accuracy.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark or PySpark is an advantage for handling large-scale datasets.
- Experience shaping product strategies and delivering measurable business impact through data analysis.
