Business Development
- Assist in the development and execution of growth strategies and business plans
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations at agencies
- Track sales performance and report KPIs to senior management
Course Management
- Coordinate scheduling, planning, and execution of courses
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors and partners on course dates and materials
- Monitor learner engagement, collect feedback, and implement improvements
- Oversee course registration, certification, and reporting processes
- Escalate and resolve issues on government funding submissions
- Conduct sales and administrative presentations during course runs
- Streamline administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Resolve operational issues and serve as a point of escalation for internal matters
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in:
Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communications/ or a related field
Professional Experience
2–3 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is often preferred
