The successful candidate will join the Digital Forensics and eDiscovery practice, an exciting new area for Secretariat working closely alongside our existing team of experts. This is a key role being part of the core team for some of our largest matters.
Responsibilities
- Perform the processing, loading, analysis of data into an eDiscovery platform for the purposes of legal review.
- Act as a main point of client contact for multiple high-profile matters, managing client expectations and internal resourcing.
- Able to develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problems.
- Able to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills (ability to speak, write and conduct business in English is required)
- Willing to travel internationally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computing, law, or other relevant subject preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in eDiscovery across the entire EDRM, preferably with a major consulting firm, law firm or “Big Four”.
- Extensive hands on experience working with Relativity and/or other eDiscovery platforms.
