Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and publish original content tailored for different social media platforms (e.g., posts, stories, short video scripts);
- Manage multiple social media accounts and maintain a consistent content schedule;
- Responsible for planning fan growth strategies, such as interactive activities and engagement initiatives, to increase the number of followers on official accounts."
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach;
- Collaborate with multiple teams to create multimedia content;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities;
- Support brand campaigns and promotions with engaging copy and digital assets;
- Regularly report on content performance and suggest optimization strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing or social media management;
- Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of social media tone and style;
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, Weibo) and their algorithms;
- Experience with basic image editing and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere) ;
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast paced environment;
- Passionate about digital marketing and creative storytelling.
