About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer / Creative Designer with a strong passion for visual storytelling and content creation. This role will be central in shaping our brand identity across social media, digital platforms, and live events. The right candidate is hands-on, highly creative, and comfortable working with tools such as Canva and CapCut to produce eye-catching content that resonates with our beauty-focused audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design creative assets for social media including static posts, carousels, GIFs, reels, and short-form videos.
- Develop a wide range of branding collaterals such as brochures, posters, digital ads, and corporate presentations.
- Create impactful event design materials including stage backdrops, standees, digital screens, and on-site visuals.
- Use Canva and CapCut to design and edit social content quickly and effectively.
- Support basic videography needs using iphone – Capture and edit short clips for social media or event highlights.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative concepts that elevate brand visibility and engagement.
- Keep up to date with design trends, social media formats, and creative innovations in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant design experience, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design, branding, and event visuals.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is essential.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight timelines.
Supplementary Skills
- Photography or content creation experience.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Previous experience with beauty, luxury, or premium lifestyle brands.
