Brief description of position
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Designer, Creative AI & Motion Systems to redefine how motion design and generative tools can shape the future of brand storytelling. This role is ideal for a hybrid creative with strong technical and storytelling instincts. Someone who can craft visually compelling content and guide a motion team to deliver high-quality, on-brand work across digital, experiential, and broadcast formats.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, event screens, social media, and promotional content.
- Edit videos with strong narrative flow, incorporating visuals, music, sound effects, and voiceovers where needed.
- Review and guide the work of other motion creatives, ensuring all outputs are on brand, polished, and aligned with the creative direction.
- Collaborate with the wider creative team including those focused on design, web, and content to translate static concepts into motion or video.
- Contribute to static design work when required, particularly during peak periods or for fast-turnaround projects.
- Apply generative AI tools (e.g. Runway ML, Sora, Veo, MidJourney, ElevenLabs) to support and enhance animation and video workflows.
- Design and refine presentation decks in PowerPoint, ensuring visual consistency, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Manage multiple projects with agility, maintaining high-quality output while adapting to shifting priorities. Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and support the broader goals of each event or campaign.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and formats.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong technical and narrative editing skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for static and cross-format design needs.
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Runway ML, Sora, Veo, MidJourney, ElevenLabs) to support or accelerate creative production.
- Ability to give constructive feedback and review motion work to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Comfortable working on presentation decks in PowerPoint, with attention to layout, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Familiarity with Figma for collaborative workflows and accessing shared creative assets.
- Highly organised, dependable, and able to manage deadlines across multiple fast-paced projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
