PRECISE
PRECision Health Research, SingaporE (PRECISE) is the central entity set up to coordinate a whole of government effort to implement Singapore’s National Precision Medicine (NPM) strategy.
In phase III of the National Precision Medicine (NPM) program, PRECISE Chief Medical Officer’s Office (CMOO) and Chief Innovation Officer’s Office (CIOO) will undertake two respective work packages to: (1) establish sequencing and IT informatics infrastructure to deliver up to 450,000 genomes and (2) establish Genomic Innovation Hub(s) to develop and evaluate novel clinical services that will provide cost-effective improvements in health outcomes in Singapore.
As a Senior Executive in the CMOO/CIOO, you will work closely across CMOO and CIOO to support coordination with PRECISE’s research and clinical ecosystem in Singapore and ensure smooth execution of the work packages.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and committees
- Compile data and prepare reports to keep stakeholders aligned
- Support in the project funding management, budgeting, procurement, and monitoring processes
- Manage document repositories and collaborative platforms
- Perform administrative and secretariat duties as needed
- Work with colleagues across PRECISE and with various stakeholders (e.g. MOH, Healthcare Clusters, Synapxe, EDB, A*STAR) to support organisational objectives and foster a collaborative and productive work environment
- Work on other duties that may be assigned by supervisor, with the goal of achieving the priorities of the programme
Requirements
- A good honours degree in life sciences, computing science, biomedical engineering or a related field in healthcare is preferred. Those with relevant working experience in relevant field may also be considered
- Related experience in project/ operations management such as, but not limited to, hospital clinic/ lab operations, healthcare IT deployment projects.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive learner with a growth mindset in performing assigned role and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changes in an evolving space where priorities may shift.
