Reporting to the Head of the Office of International Engagement, the Senior Executive will support the university’s international engagement efforts within the Regional Directorates and Partnerships Clusters. This role involves managing a dynamic portfolio of activities and contributing to the successful execution of NTU’s international strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate logistics and administration for international events and strategic partner engagements, including conferences, high-level visits, and secretariat functions.
- Manage procurement processes, vendor coordination, participant engagement, and budgeting for events and programmes.
- Handle the administrative aspects of NTU’s participation in alliances including applications, programme coordination and operations, reviews, payments and coordination of information and annual reviews.
- Handle the administrative aspects of partner programmes and projects including internal liaison, financial operations, programme management, meeting preparation and secretariat duties.
- Provide Secretariat support for internal committees, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to advance NTU’s international objectives.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing to enhance operational effectiveness and team impact.
- Support general administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Job Requirements
- A good University degree in a relevant discipline such as International Relations, Public Relations, Business, Economics, Communication, Linguistics, etc.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant and related working experience in an administration role.
- Experience in an academic/research institution setting will be advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, confidently, and effectively across diverse audiences.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications.
- Experience in curating presentations for content and design.
- Global perspective and cultural awareness.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, while also being highly self-directed and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and good time management to achieve deadlines.
- Customer service orientated, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at different levels.
