Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and ensure timely submissions for statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Review, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Support and guide managers in performance management processes, appraisals, and career development plans.
- Plan and implement training programs and employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports (turnover, headcount, etc.) for management decision-making.
- Mentor junior HR staff and oversee daily HR operations.
- Drive HR projects and change management initiatives to support business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience
- Experience in HRIS systems
