Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through MOM systems (WPOL/EPOL).
- Support regional HR projects spanning Singapore, Malaysia, China, and the Philippines.
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure adherence to the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) and other MOM regulations.
- Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Organise and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Ensure HR operations align with Singapore labour laws and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource
- Professional certifications such as IHRP-CP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous.
