Senior HR Executive
- Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintenance of organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices for example; Outsourcing of Payroll Vendor Implenmentation
- Ensure employee data in Workday is accurate for monthly payroll process
- Ensure accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and Payroll system
- Update payroll on new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates
- Reporting and filings related to compensation and benefits.
- Take on full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)
- Supporting and maintain salary structures and job classifications for hourly employees.
- Perform regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices where necessary
- Carry out salary surveys and analyze data to recommend adjustments.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including employee health insurance
- Review and negotiate with benefits providers to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries and administration of employee benefits
- Design and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Effective communication and consistent application of policies across the organization
- Take part in information security audits and adherence matters
Requirements
- Possess at least a Degree Human Resource Management or relevant subjects
- 6-10 years HR related working experience
- Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good communications skills and excellent team player
- Analytical, Meticulous and Diligent
- Ability to deal with personal and confidential matters with upmost discretion.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment Verse with Employment Act, and Labour Legislations
