Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, L&D, and offboarding etc.
- Manage HR policies and processes, and comply with MOM regulations and MAS guidelines.
- Support performance reviews and training programs
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers
- Coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities
- Liaise with external vendors and government agencies as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters
