Our client is a leading materials technology company . They are looking for an Senior HR Executive to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East– easily accessible.
Duties
- Payroll Management: Oversee and process accurate, timely payroll across regional offices while ensuring compliance with local tax, CPF, and statutory requirements.
- HR Operations & Systems: Maintain employee data in HRIS and payroll systems, reconcile payroll records, generate reports, and support audit activities.
- HR Generalist Support: Address employee queries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits; assist in performance reviews, learning programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with local regulations and support audit readiness across countries.
- Regional Coordination: Collaborate with regional HR teams, consultants, and service providers to manage cross-border HR matters, including mobility, expatriate payroll, and project execution.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4–6 years of HR experience with a strong foundation in payroll processing, preferably in a regional or multi-country setting.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., infotech).
