About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lube Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving sales growth for our marine lubricant products, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and distribute a specific brand of marine lubricant products to existing and new clients in Singapore and Asia Pacific.
- Develop new customer, ensuring consistent engagement and repeat business.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies to increase market share.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) and external partners to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in marine & industrial lubricants.
- Strong sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
