This position will serve as the lead for the Cybersecurity / IT security department composed of IT professionals and experts.
Position Responsibilities:
- Will lead and manage a team of Cybersecurity / IT security professionals from Team Lead to Engineer level.
- Take on leadership responsibility from coaching, guiding, technical evaluation, management review and board presentation.
- Lead the development and implementation of customized solutions for various clients both private and public sector.
- Lead the team in cybersecurity related activities, guide them with the technical methods and perform coaching and assistance.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity related courses, Computer Engineering or equivalent field.
- Preferably with 13 to 15 years’ working experience in Cybersecurity in a technical hand-on activities including 5 to 6 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership skills in managing the department and deal with stakeholders.
- Strong background in Cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, CSA Code of Practice.
- Knowledge of IT and IoT environment, various networking and CS tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems etc.
- Certifications in CISSP, PMP are a strong preference.
