The Company
Our client, a global technology firm, is currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their team.
The Role
- Accountable for the high-level and detailed design, deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
- Evaluate, design, implement, and document Cisco-based networks and associated systems.
- Create comprehensive implementation and testing plans for Cisco technologies across enterprise and data centre environments.
- Prepare technical documentation aligned with project requirements and support the development of customer-facing solution presentations. Produce network assessment and design reports and deliver presentations to clients.
The Requirements
- CCIE/ CCNP certification in Routing & Switching or Data Centre is essential.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: Cisco Data Centre technologies, network security (firewalls, VPNs, etc.), Cisco ISE, and Cisco WLAN.
- Strong consultative skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of client stakeholders and identify opportunities for expanding business within existing accounts.
- Capable of working closely with the practice lead to manage scheduling and ensure timely delivery, often across multiple concurrent projects. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, specifically within networking and data centre solutions.
