• Should have minimum of 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in Banking industry.

• Digital Transformation experience in Banking is mandatory.

• Should have extensive experience in developing and executing project strategies, managing end-to-end project lifecycle, optimizing digital customer journeys, and driving revenue growth in multiple domains like payments, digital banking.

• Extensive experience in rolling-out of digital projects by working collaboratively with stakeholders, streamlining product development processes and implementing agile methodologies within stipulated timelines.

• Work closely with country business stakeholders and responsible for deliverables of co-located agile development team.
