Vita Partners Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Procurement & Contracts Administrator to support the smooth functioning of project site by overseeing procurement and contract administration, while ensuring all site services adhere to organisational policies and regulatory standards..

The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments – a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports, material receipts, and acknowledgements to support internal reporting by senior construction management.
- Implement and maintain documentation systems and administrative processes to enhance site efficiency and stakeholder service delivery.
- Ensure all procurement and administrative activities comply with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate the timely provision of scaffolding, waste management, and other site services within defined parameters.
- Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and processing of construction contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, amendment tracking, and appropriate approvals.
- Support site management activities through effective contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration practices.
- Experience in a site coordination role within the construction projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
