We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead on-site engineering project execution in our GMP-regulated facility. This role is vital in managing the full lifecycle of medium-sized capital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and operational excellence with KNEATS experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage capital engineering projects from feasibility through to commissioning and handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, risk assessments, and resource planning.
- Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with GMP, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Support internal teams with new process introductions, validation activities, and change control documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
- 5-8 years’ experience in GMP/pharmaceutical/biotech facilities or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with equipment installation, utilities, and plant maintenance.
- Familiar with Kneat Gx or similar paperless validation/document management platforms.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, stakeholder communication, root cause analysis, and CAPA management.
