Job Responsibilities
- Report to the Account Servicing Manager
- Project-manage construction work for stores, shops, window display etc.
- Liaise with designers, sales team and vendors on projects and event, supervise and monitor construction till completion to maintain a high level of quality standard.
- To coordinate with associates and subcontractors to ensure quality deliveries to clients’ satisfaction, at the same time ensure that project problems that occurred are well-solved to meet clients’ satisfaction.
- Organize design drawings and draft specifications to obtain comparison quotes.
- To provide responsive cost estimation and effective cost control management of the projects, oversee and provide technical advice to sales, prepare cost estimation, schedule and monitor overall projects.
Customer Support
- Establish and maintain good rapport and relationship with valued customers.
- Co-ordinate jobs in progress in-house or on site to resolve problems to customers’ satisfaction.
- To facilitate with various departments in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’, diploma holder or above.
- More than 2 years of experience in furniture or interior fitting industry will be preferred.
- Highly resourceful in material fabrication and knowledge with good business sentiment.
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with Customers, In-house Sales and Designers.
- Knowledge of design is an added advantage.
- Work independently with good integrity and great sense of responsibility.
- Abide to rules and regulations set by the Department and Company.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet clients’ deadline.
- Able to work under pressure, night work, long hours, on weekends or as and when required.
