Job Description:
- Design and Develop high-performance, low-latency backend systems for AI-driven quantitative trading.
- Optimize and Maintain real-time trading infrastructure to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to enhance trading strategies and execution speed.
- Implement and Improve system reliability using advanced algorithms, distributed computing, and fault-tolerant architectures.
- Enhance and Monitor production environments, ensuring seamless operation of mission-critical trading systems. Research and Innovate with the latest technologies to drive continuous improvement in trading performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial or cryptocurrency trading system development.
- Proficient in C++ (production code), with strong system design and backend optimization skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in low-latency, high-throughput systems.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with online production environments, rapid deployment, and agile iteration processes.
- Experience integrating and maintaining multiple exchange APIs (REST and Websocket).
- Strong knowledge of security best practices in production systems, especially with regard to crypto custody and transaction signing.
- Proficient with Linux, networking, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring platforms).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
