Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for our interior design and build projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend site surveys and tender briefings prior to project tendering
- Perform quantity take-offs, call for quotations, and prepare cost estimates
- Source and negotiate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare cost analysis and contractor quotations for various trades
- Compile tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities (BQ)
- Handle final tender submissions and follow up on questionnaires or interviews
- Monitor cost budgets and ensure cost control aligns with project goals
- Collaborate closely with project teams to deliver on client requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the interior design and build industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
