️ Job Title: Car Sales Consultant (Sales Executive)
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk‑in customers to understand their vehicle requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
- Present, demonstrate, and showcase features and benefits of new / used / luxury vehicles, matching solutions to customer needs.
- Arrange and conduct test drives, offering detailed product knowledge and value proposition including financing and insurance options
- Actively generate and qualify leads through inquiries, referrals, follow‑ups, and digital channels (e.g. social media, resale platforms)
- Negotiate pricing, upsell value‑adds (e.g. trade‑in, financing, extended warranty), and close deals efficiently.
- Handle all administrative tasks: sales documentation, order processing, registration submissions, and ensuring smooth handover.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs, including finance & insurance uptake, trade‑in ratios, and gross profit targets.
- Maintain customer relationships post‑sales to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Class 3 or 3A driving licence
- Prior experience in automotive sales is advantageous but not essential—fresh graduates and career switchers welcome if motivated and coachable.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills combined with a customer‑centric mindset and professionalism.
- Self‑driven and target‑oriented: ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Proficiency in digital engagement platforms and CRM systems; willingness to assist in marketing efforts (social platforms, content, campaigns) is a plus.
- Passion for the automotive industry, curiosity to keep up with trends, and enthusiasm to represent brand values.
