Vita Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to manage and execute civil, structural, and architectural works on-site. This position ensures that all CSA activities are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, while supporting coordination across disciplines and contributing to the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

The company operates within two main segments – a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, oversee, and ensure quality control of CSA construction activities on-site.
- Review design drawings, technical submittals, and method statements related to civil, structural, and architectural works.
- Participate in site inspections, concrete pours, reinforcement checks, structural steel installations, and architectural finishes.
- Track progress against schedule and quality benchmarks, identifying and reporting delays or issues to senior management.
- Ensure all CSA works adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with contractors and other disciplines (e.g., MEP, commissioning) to support project integration and sequencing.
- Assist with RFIs, NCRs, submittals, and construction documentation as part of project controls.
- Support the preparation of handover packages and final as-built documentation for the CSA scope.
- Conduct site surveys and setting out using appropriate instruments and tools.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide engineering solutions aligned with design intent.
- Maintain accurate site records, QA/QC documentation, and daily progress reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a site-based engineering role, preferably on large-scale or complex construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of CSA construction activities, including groundworks, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and architectural finishes.
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and compliance on-site.
- Effective communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms is preferred.
