Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site staff
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings
- Report project updates to senior management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
