Senior Temenos T24 Technical Lead / Developer (Private Banking)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Temenos T24 Technical Lead / Senior Developer with deep expertise in Private Banking modules to drive development, integration, and solution architecture for our core banking platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in T24 R23+ and TAFJ, multi-company setups, and cloud-based implementations while ensuring best practices in coding, integration, and system stability.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Development
Lead end-to-end development in Temenos T24 (R23+) with TAFJ, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Design and implement complex customizations, interfaces, and integrations using Design Studio, IRIS, MQ, JBoss, and streaming solutions.
Enforce best practices in T24 coding, COB processing, and Services framework to optimize performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (RTB) with a focus on stability and minimal downtime.
Ensure compliance with security, infrastructure, and architectural guidelines while avoiding technical debt.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Work in SAFe Agile environment, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Business Engineers, and Project Managers.
Provide impact assessments, estimates, and risk management for T24 changes.
Maintain documentation (JIRA, Confluence, unit tests, Sonar scans, operational handovers).
Guide development teams on latest T24 concepts, upgrades, and migration best practices.
System Integration & Optimization
Hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging, STP processes, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, Event Streaming).
Optimize Oracle DB queries, indexing, and Linux scripting for T24 performance.
Utilize monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Tivoli) for proactive issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
✅ 15+ years of T24 development (R23+) in Private Banking modules.
✅ Expertise in TAFJ, Design Studio, GitLab, JBoss, SQL Developer, and Temenos Unit Testing.
✅ Strong knowledge of multi-company, multi-server setups and cloud-based T24 deployments.
✅ Hands-on with Integration Framework, IRIS, COB, and Services Framework.
✅ Experience in Agile (SAFe), JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Good-to-Have:
🔹 Exposure to T24 upgrades, data migration, and performance tuning.
🔹 Familiarity with Oracle DB optimization, Linux scripting, and infrastructure design.
🔹 Knowledge of logging tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Tivoli).
