- Assisting with training program event logistics & program communications
- Managing and updating the Learning Management Systems (LMS) & internal platforms
- Preparing and consolidating regular reports on training and learning activities
- Preparing change management briefs to market HR and Retail Teams, working with HR teams across the markets to ensure that launches are consistent across all markets
Key Projects
- Curating the 2026 SEA Learning Guide and supporting Sephora’s Global Learning initiatives
- Supporting the phased rollout of Sephora’s retail career guide across the region, creating communications toolkits and playbooks for the Retail Team to reference
