Front of House Duties:
- Communicate with the Back of House regarding the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
- Prepare and set up tables and chairs for dining and clear tables after dining. This includes ensuring general cleanliness of the restaurant, making sure all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures
- Prepare beverages and serve food and drinks to guests
- Clean and polish cutlery and glassware
- Receive guests upon their arrival and seat them accordingly. Smile and greet all guests as they enter and exit the restaurant
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers
- Have a confident understanding of the food and beverage menu and be able to explain items clearly to guests Other duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house or customer service role (F&B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
