Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive ServiceNow Business Analyst to support the design, enhancement, and rollout of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specs, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and support solution design.
- Conduct UAT, validate workflows, and support user acceptance.
- Provide user training, platform support, and maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and improved user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific exposure to ServiceNow or IT platforms.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially translating technical solutions into business terms.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
