The Role:
What will you do?
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns/promotional activities (digital, social media, events, etc.)
- Conduct market search and competitor analysis to analyze trends
- Work with the marketing communication team to align on marketing messages
- Support training materials and internal campaigns to promote a service-first culture
- Assist in developing case studies, videos, customer stories
- To work with C&SQ team to provide regular insights on customer engagement
- Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration/Marketing/Data Analytics related or similar
- Skills/System Knowledge: Marketing/Strong digital skills/Business Acumen
