Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of ship agency operations, including port and immigration formalities for vessel arrivals and departures.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and timely submission of declarations to relevant government authorities.
- Coordinate and monitor vessel operations to deliver high-quality service to principals and stakeholders.
- Manage crew change procedures and plan port calls efficiently.
- Track port call progress, provide timely updates, and maintain clear communication with all parties involved.
- Perform occasional duties during odd hours or public holidays, including boarding vessels when necessary.
- Prepare port disbursement accounts and final reports for Principals/Ship Masters. Lead, mentor, and support the operations team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements :
- Minimum ‘N’ Level qualification or higher (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with port operations, local authority procedures, and governing tariffs is an advantage.
