Responsibilities
Be a image advisor to customers on beauty services, procedures and keeping up with updates in the beauty industry
Have knowledge on Facial
Build long-lasting relationships with customers
Identify the needs of customers and share professional beauty advice and solutions to them
Display exceptional image advisory work to customers to solve their issues Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of service
Maintain a good after-sales relationship with English and Mandarin speaking clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor and the Management
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
Recommend services based on customer needs and desires
Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment
Prepare merchandise/services for purchase
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise/service
Requirements
To maintain a good after-sales relationship with English and Chinese speaking clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly.
At least 2 Years of working experience in Beauty Consultant is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good Communication Skill, Team Player, Proactive, Strong negotiating and selling skills, Excellent People Skill, Basic Computer Literate, Independent, Self-Motivated
Preferably candidates specialized in Sales - Retail/Beauty or equivalent.
