Job Descriptions:
- Assist in daily administrative duties
- Assist to prepare site documents
- Assist the team in arranging of meetings when necessary and office administration
- Maintain and update of data records
- Handle ISO documentation
- Attend meetings to take minutes
- Compiling of site team' ART results and submit to Safety Team
- Responsible for site office daily administrative works including submission, application and getting approval of site passes from relevant authorities
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' level and above
- Singapore and SPR only
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction administration
- Systematic and able to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Stationed at job site.
