Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
- Oversee technical discrepancies of the project and liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.
- Liaise with RE / RTO to carry out inspections
- Record work done in terms of project management and engineering aspects
- Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
- To lead a team of supervisors, safety personnel and skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement
- Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
- Strong leadership to monitor Sub-contractors and Foremen for the works executed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong Knowledge in site safety and able to point out and solve the red flag daily basis
- Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
