• Supervise formwork safety cert and BCSS cert.
• Positive personality and good team player.
• Meticulous and responsible.
• Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
• Familiar with RC works with minimum 3 year working experience.
• Able to produce good RC products within construction budget and timeline.
• Supervise and manage direct workers.
• Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
• Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
• Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
