Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily on-site operations to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and project timelines.
- Lead and guide on-site personnel (e.g. technicians, workers) to uphold professional work conduct, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and provide on-the-job coaching or training as needed to improve team performance.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety risks, quality issues, or workflow inefficiencies, and take proactive measures to address them or escalate to management when appropriate.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between on-site teams and management, ensuring accurate relay of work instructions, feedback, and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily site activities, including work progress, staff attendance, incidents, and other operational records; prepare and submit regular reports to the relevant departments.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending practical solutions to streamline work processes, increase productivity, and foster effective collaboration among teams.
