Job Description:
- Good knowledge about timber, metal doors and hardware
- Carry out work schedules, cost control, project supervision/coordination and documentation to ensure the timely smooth progress of work
- Supervise workers to ensure that work is done safely and with productivity
- Communicate and cooperate with Project Manager and site team to report project status on a regular basis
- Attend Progress Meeting, Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required Good knowledge of various regulations, policies, and statutory requirements, related to the building industry
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- BCSS / CSOC
- Working days is 5.5 . Occasional overtime may be necessary subject to the site activities.
- Self-motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and willing to work hard and under pressure.
- Own transportation is highly preferred.
